Induction is the support and guidance provided to student teachers in the early stages of their careers. Induction programs are comprehensive initiation or instructions to a position that provide student teachers with the necessary models and tools for beginning their teaching Carrers as well as specific guidance aimed at helping them to meet performance standard.
As a part of B.Ed curriculum my 5 days school induction was @ GHHS,Chathanoor. The 5 days induction program included classroom observation, data collection regarding school history, premises and other activities.
